As many of are probably aware, we just recently completed one of the largest undertakings Premier Aquatic Services has ever tackled, an exclusive market and client survey.
To those who participated in the survey, thank you very much for your help and cooperation. And for those that we did not contact but who wanted to participate in the survey, thank you for your interest, but as you can imagine, time would not allow for us to interview everyone.

30 Point Maintenance Checklist
One of the most important implementations is the 30 Point Maintenance Checklist. Every time Premier Aquatics services your aquarium, our trained technicians will complete a 30 point maintenance checklist, record pertinent test results and write up all services performed. The 30 point maintenance checklist is a compilation of industry standards for aquarium service that Premier Aquatic Services follows.
Flat Rate Billing
Service companies can charge one of two ways: by the hour or by the job. The problem with hourly billing: the client does not know what the total charges will be until after the work is performed. For many, this creates uncertainty and anxiety about the charges. Therefore Premier Aquatic Services is implementing Flat Rate billing for routine maintenance calls. When you combine Flat Rate billing with our new 30 Point Maintenance Checklist, you will know exactly what work will be performed and how much it will cost.
